Stott Pilates is a contemporary approach to the original pilates by Joseph pilates. Lindsay and Moira Merrithew founded this approach.
The course will help you build a connection between the mind and the body through breath. It will strengthen the core, lenghthen the muscles and improve overall flexibility through technique.
This class is highly advisable for everyone above the age of 16.
And specifically for dancers, athletes, people looking to stay fit and toned, and people who experience some pain in the body. So, it can be practiced to improve muscle tone as well as to ease some joint and muscle pain.
